Very nice experience! Went with my friends and they were all very friendly and welcoming but never to the point of bothering us. it’s a great combination of self independence and asistance. the photographer was really nice and took quick photos for us free of charge and was a nice addition to our visit! On top of that we had a really nice server, Lance, who was very nice and helpful !

We had an amazing experience at KPot BBQ, thanks to our server, 🌹Rose! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our meal. She made sure our table always had everything we needed, checked on us regularly, and explained the menu with patience. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. If you visit KPot, I highly recommend asking for 🌹. She truly goes above and beyond. I had a fantastic experience at KPOT and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great Korean BBQ and hot pot. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere for dining.I want to give a special shoutout to Rose for making our visit truly memorable. Rose provided exceptional service throughout our meal. She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She took the time to explain the differences between the Korean BBQ and hot pot options, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable from beginning to end. Her warm personality and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The food was excellent. I ordered the Tom Yum Thai hot pot, and the broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The BBQ meats were fresh, tender, and delicious. I also loved the sauce bar, which let me customize my sauces and try new flavors. The extra treats like fresh fruit, cakes, and ice cream were a nice bonus that completed the meal. August provided outstanding service during my visit to K-Pot. He was particularly attentive, enthusiastic, and professional from the moment we arrived. He greeted us warmly, communicated with us very well, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the meal. What I appreciated most was that August was always patient and helpful when we had questions. He explained things clearly, checked in at the right moments, and made the whole dining experience feel smooth and enjoyable. His positive attitude and thoughtful service really stood out. Because of August’s excellent service, I had a very good impression of this K-Pot location. He made the experience feel welcoming, friendly, and well taken care of. I would definitely be happy to come back again and recommend this place to others.

Came here for my birthday. Had a great time. Our waiter SO was amazing. I’ve been to other KPot locations and I have to say tha I really enjoyed this location because of SO. The care and attention and hospitality was so comforting. We had four to the table and we ordered just enough we didn’t leave a crumb. Will recommend coming again for SO.
